What is Hire Your Style?
Hire Your Style is your go-to for curated, high-end designer fashion—without the commitment. We specialise in edgy, elevated corporate and occasion wear designed to make an impact.
Who is this service for?
Our collections are tailored for individuals aged 18–70 who want to show up polished, confident, and effortlessly styled—whether it's for work, events, or everything in between.
Pricing & Payments
How does payment work?
Payment must be made in full at checkout. If you're booking in advance, a deposit option will be available to secure your item.
Is there a flat shipping rate?
Yes—shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 across metro Perth, WA.
Is a security bond required?
Yes. A refundable security bond is required for all clothing hire bookings.
- Hire orders under $200 require a $50 bond
- Hire orders over $200 require a $100 bond
The security bond will be added at checkout. Refunds are processed once all garments have been returned to HYS and inspected to confirm they are returned in acceptable condition.
Hiring Process
How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is 7 days, giving you flexibility without the rush.
Can I extend my hire period?
If you require your items for longer than the standard 7-day hire, please contact Hire Your Style in advance to discuss availability and extensions.
How do I choose the right size?
We provide detailed sizing guides for every piece. As we do not offer try-ons, it's your responsibility to ensure the right fit before booking.
What if the item doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit, contact us immediately. We may be able to arrange a swap if another size or style is available—this is at the discretion of Hire Your Style.
Can I take my items outside of WA?
Items may only be taken outside of Western Australia if approved by Hire Your Style prior to your hire. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
Delivery & Returns
When does my hire period begin and end?
Your hire period begins the day your item is delivered and runs for 7 days from that date.
How do I return my items?
A return sticker will be included with your order. If you do not receive a return sticker, please contact HYS immediately. Please place the return sticker over your address label.
A return collection booking will automatically be scheduled for 7 days after your order has been delivered. You will receive a text message reminder 24 hours before pickup.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within metro Perth, Western Australia only.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the following day.
Please note: Hire Your Style is not responsible for delays in delivery once items have been dispatched. However, if your order has not arrived as expected, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
When should I order for the weekend?
To secure your outfit for the weekend or Monday, place your order before 11am on Thursday to ensure next-day delivery in time for your event. If you miss the cut-off and require your item for the upcoming weekend or Monday, please contact Hire Your Style directly. We'll do our best to arrange a suitable alternative where possible.
When do I return my item?
- Items must be returned after the 7-day hire period ends.
- If your hire ends on a weekend, return your item on the Monday immediately after.
- If that Monday is a public holiday, return it on Tuesday.
Care & Responsibility
Do I need to clean the item before returning it?
No—cleaning is taken care of. Just return the item in its original condition and box.
What happens if I damage or lose an item?
If an item is damaged due to negligence, poor handling, or is misplaced, your bond may be forfeited and additional charges may apply.
Late Returns
What if I return my item late?
A late fee of $10 per item, per day will apply until the item is returned. A late fee will not be charged if the hire day ends on a public holiday.
